Sonia's Story

With 17 years of experience in the health care industry, I have built a career dedicated to helping people access the coverage they need. Much of that time was spent working directly for insurance companies in enrollment and care coordination roles — experience that gave me an in-depth understanding of how the system operates and, more importantly, how to make it work in your favor. That foundation led me to take the next step: becoming an independent, licensed New York State broker. As an independent broker, I am not tied to any single carrier. My only commitment is to you — finding the plan that best fits your needs and guiding you through every step of your health care journey.

Throughout my career, I have served seven counties across Western New York, collaborating with a wide range of organizations, government agencies, and nonprofits focused on health, social services, and community wellness. That breadth of experience means I understand the resources available in your community and how to connect you with them. I work with clients at every stage of life — expecting mothers, college students obtaining coverage for the first time, families, seniors, caregivers, and small business owners. I am a strong advocate for care management and believe it is one of the most underutilized benefits available to patients today.
